You need a little direction, beautiful light, and room to be yourself.

A fashion photographer's eye. A portrait that's yours. Plan your editorial portrait.
That’s my job. Where to stand. When to move. Where to look. You get clear, gentle direction throughout, with room for your own personality to come through.
01
Arrive with a reason.
A new role, a new website, a new chapter. Tell me what the images are for and I’ll help you choose the mood, clothes and location. The free Portrait Prep Kit covers what to wear and how to prepare.
02
Settle into the session.
We’ll work outdoors in natural light: in Zürich for Essential, or at an agreed Swiss location for Full. Expect conversation, simple movements and a look at the first frames together.
03
Choose the ones that feel right.
Pick your 3 or 15 favourites, depending on your package, from a private selection gallery. I’ll finish each one and send high-resolution files plus versions ready for your website and profiles.

The First-Frames Promise. Feel good about the direction.

Who’s behind the camera
I’m Philip.
A photographer based in Zürich. My work has appeared on PhotoVogue, Vogue’s photography platform, and in Enzomnia Magazine, VIGOUR and Beautica, with cover photography for STYLÉCRUZE and Photohouse. On a portrait session, my job is direction: I’ll tell you where to stand, where to look and what to do with your hands, and we check the first frames together.
Less to figure out
Start with a plan for you.
Three choices give you a starting point for clothes, location and photographs. No email needed. You can add the plan to your booking, or skip straight to a date.
A starting point, not a fixed shot list. The package stays CHF 300 for 60 minutes and 15 edited photographs. We agree the location and details together.
Your plan is sent to Philip only when you submit a booking.
Before you book
A few things to put you at ease.
I’m not a model. Is this for me?
Yes. You don’t need modelling experience or a collection of poses. I’ll guide you throughout. Tell me if anything feels uncomfortable and we’ll adjust the approach.
Is this only for models?
No. It’s for anyone who needs a good photograph of themselves: men and women, any age, especially people who don’t enjoy being photographed. My portfolio shows fashion work because that’s where I learned to direct people in front of a camera.
Can I add more time or a second location?
Yes, if the day allows it. I’ll tell you the price before you decide, and nothing is added without your yes.
Do you speak German?
Sessions are in English. That’s the point: you can relax, ask questions and understand every bit of direction.
What should I wear?
Choose something that fits well and feels like you. The free Portrait Prep Kit has the outfit rules and a day-before checklist. After we agree your date, I’ll help you decide on an outfit that works with the location and the way you want to use your photographs. Hair, make-up and styling services are not included.
Where do we shoot, and what if it rains?
Essential takes place outdoors in Zürich. Full can take place at an agreed outdoor location in Switzerland, with my travel included. We confirm the exact location and any venue or permit fees before you pay. If the weather makes the planned session unsuitable, we’ll choose another date without a rescheduling charge.
When do I receive my photographs?
You’ll choose 3 favourites with Essential or 15 with Full from a private selection gallery after the shoot. Your finished photographs arrive within 24 hours of receiving your selection and final payment.
How do booking and payment work?
Pick a date and time below and press Reserve. Your slot is held for 24 hours; send CHF 50 by TWINT (or ask for bank details) to confirm it. The CHF 50 counts towards your package: CHF 100 remains for Essential or CHF 250 for Full, due before delivery of the final files. Nothing is charged automatically.
What if I need to change the date?
You can move the session once without a charge with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. For later changes or a no-show, the CHF 50 reservation is kept. Weather-related changes and the first-frames refund promise are handled as described above. If I cancel and we cannot agree another date, I refund your booking payment.
Can I use the photographs for work?
Both packages include use on your own website, professional profiles and social accounts, as well as personal prints. Advertising campaigns, product promotion, resale and use by another business need a separate agreement.
Will you post my photographs online?
Only with your separate permission. Booking a session does not give permission to publish your photographs in my portfolio or on social media.

In return, you send honest written feedback within seven days and give written permission to show your photographs, first name and role on this website. Your words and photos will only be shown with your written yes, labelled as a complimentary session. Write “Founding Five” in your message below to apply.
