What the form collects
Your name, email address, town or city, preferred date and time, intended use of the photographs and any message you choose to include. If you arrived through a labelled campaign link, its source, campaign and advert labels are included with your request so Philip can understand which invitations lead to enquiries. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
What happens when you submit
Your request is stored using Cloudflare and an email notification is sent to Philip’s Gmail inbox. Your information is used to answer your enquiry, arrange the session and manage an agreed booking. It is not added to a marketing list or sold.
Storage and service providers
Website request records expire from Cloudflare storage after 90 days. Correspondence and records needed to manage a booking are kept separately for that purpose. Cloudflare and Google process information to provide hosting and email services; processing may occur outside Switzerland. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing Philip, subject to information that must be retained for an agreed service or legal obligations.
Technical information
Cloudflare processes technical request information to operate and protect the site. The booking endpoint uses temporary rate limits to reduce abuse. The film, photographs and fonts do not embed external social services. The film, photographs and fonts are served with the website.
Optional Google Ads measurement
With your permission, this offer page loads the Google tag to measure which adverts lead to submitted enquiries. Google receives technical visit information, including your IP address, browser information, page address and advertising click identifiers, and may store advertising cookies. A successful enquiry sends a random request identifier to prevent duplicate counting. Your name, email, town, dates and message are not included in this event. Enhanced conversions and advertising personalisation are disabled.
Google code is not loaded before you allow measurement. Rejecting it does not prevent an enquiry. Your choice is remembered in this browser for up to 180 days. Use Cookie settings to change it; withdrawing consent clears this site’s Google Ads cookies and reloads the page. Google may process data outside Switzerland. Optional Microsoft Clarity measurement
Only after you allow measurement, Microsoft Clarity records clicks, scrolling and masked session replays to help improve this website. It receives technical visit data such as page addresses, browser and device information, and may use analytics cookies to connect visits. Enquiry fields and confirmation details are masked. Do not place personal information in page addresses. Microsoft may process data outside Switzerland; see Microsoft’s privacy statement. Clarity advertising storage is denied. Rejecting measurement keeps Clarity unloaded; withdrawing clears its first-party cookies and reloads the page. Use Cookie settings to change your choice.
Optional X (Twitter) measurement
Only after you allow measurement, X's conversion tag loads to measure whether an X ad led to a visit or a submitted request. X receives technical visit information, including your IP address, browser information, page address and advertising click identifiers, and may store an advertising cookie. Your name, email, town, dates and message are not sent to X. Rejecting measurement keeps the X tag unloaded; withdrawing clears its first-party cookie and reloads the page. X may process data outside Switzerland; see X's privacy policy.
Reservation emails
Cloudflare Email Service sends your reservation details, a deposit confirmation after Philip records payment, and one reminder before an unpaid hold expires. These are service messages, not marketing emails. Reply directly to Philip with questions or if you have already paid.
Free profile photo reviews
If you email Philip your current profile photo for a review, it is used only to reply to you and is deleted afterwards. It is never published or shared.
Portrait Prep Kit sign-ups
If you ask for the free Prep Kit, your first name and email address are stored using Cloudflare and sent to Philip’s Gmail inbox, together with any campaign labels from the link you followed. Philip may send you one personal email with portrait dates; reply “stop” and you won’t hear from him again. The details are kept for up to twelve months and are not sold or added to a mailing service. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
Your photographs
Your photographs will only be published in Philip’s portfolio or on social media with your separate permission. A booking request is not permission to publish them.
